Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking motivated and caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. This position offers flexible scheduling options and new competitive wages. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver quality nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
