As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, building relationships with patients, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
• Assess patients, report changes in condition, and contribute to care planning.
• Supervise unlicensed staff and administer medications per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduated from an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
