Job Description

Genesis Health is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
