Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care for patients/residents and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Assess patient conditions, collect data, and report changes to the team.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
