Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN with Genesis Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to change lives, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes for patients and residents.

Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient nursing care and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients, report changes in condition, and contribute to care planning.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff and administer treatments per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
