Licensed Practical Nurse - lpn

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and ensure patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient nursing care and monitor patient condition.
• Conduct patient assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
