Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients and their families.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
