Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor patient conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments following physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
