Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.
