Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure positive clinical outcomes. This position offers per-diem flexibility with all shifts available, including 12-hour shifts.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patient conditions and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
