Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Spectrum360, a New Jersey nonprofit corporation. As an LPN/School TRIP Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting the health and well-being of students in a school environment. The ideal candidate must hold a NJ State Licensed Practical Nurse qualification, be First Aid and CPR certified, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/update student health records to comply with state mandates.
• Conduct state-required health screening programs.
• Collaborate with school physicians for physical exams and sports physicals.
• Provide first aid, treat medical problems, and report on medical matters to parents and relevant agencies.
• Advise on educational program modifications according to Healthcare Plans.
