Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
  • Additional state-specific requirements as applicable.

Preferences

  • Previous experience in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health care experience.
