Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process through the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS), ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate nursing center reimbursement.

Position Highlights

• Direct the interdisciplinary RAI process for resident assessment.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
• Provide training on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.

Requirements

• Active LPN license.
• Prior experience in long-term care or healthcare facilities.
• Familiarity with general nursing practices and regulations.
• Computer skills, including Windows applications.
• AccuMed experience preferred.
