Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to nursing assessments, administer medications, and supervise patient care to ensure positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
