Job Description
We are hiring a Janitor to join our team at Rittenhouse Store in Queen Creek, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for performing janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms, floors, trash and recycling removal, dusting, and addressing special cleaning requests. The starting pay for this position is $14.50 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Notify leader of supplies needed for cleaning and maintenance.
- Safeguard company property and report incidents.
- Clean and stock restrooms, gather trash and recycling.
- Maintain building cleanliness by mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean windows, furniture, and walls using appropriate cleaners.
- Follow safety procedures and Goodwill Core Values.
- Report injuries and ensure safety rules compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent work experience.
- One year of janitorial services experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency in English.
