Job Description
About Team Quality Services: Team Quality Services, a leader in quality-related services for over 25 years, is seeking an Inspection Supervisor for the 3rd shift. The successful candidate will uphold TQS Core Values and oversee projects in collaboration with the Inspection Services department, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Set up project workflow and ensure successful execution of Inspection projects
- Coordinate and supervise project teams, maintaining quality and safety standards
- Document inspection results and maintain equipment
- Communicate with customers and external contacts, ensuring project requirements are met
- Manage Inspection Associates on the team
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience or 2,000 hours as Quality Inspector
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Physical Demands
The role requires mobility, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional work outside regular office hours and travel to customer locations.
Compensation
$18/hour with shift premiums and full benefits package offered.
