Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join Miller's Home Center, based in Vancouver, Washington. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing transactions for assigned accounts and new customers, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role involves outreach, relationship-building, estimating, coordinating, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Outreach to existing and new customers, making effective sales presentations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, assessing needs, and offering tailored solutions.
• Prepare estimates, process sales-related documentation, and achieve maximum sales margins.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle special orders effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support role.
• Experience in customer service, public speaking, or technology company training preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Medium Work: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal team members effectively.

Compensation

Starting wages vary based on experience and education levels within a range of $14.2 to $24.9 per hour.
