Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join Miller's Home Center, a family-owned company dedicated to creating better communities through innovative building solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales processes for assigned accounts and walk-in customers, providing tailored solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Outreach to existing customers and make effective sales presentations.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare estimates, process quotes, and ensure customer needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales orders effectively.
- Handle special orders, assist with customer service problems, and increase wallet share.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support role.
- Experience in business-to-business commerce preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
