Job Description
Comfort Masters - Service Experts is looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls, diagnosing and resolving customer problems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Works under minimal supervision to perform service calls
- Diagnoses and resolves issues with HVAC equipment
- Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Delivers excellent customer service
- Promotes products and services to customers
Health & Safety Roles
- Reports unsafe acts and conditions
- Maintains personal protective equipment
- Participates in safety initiatives and committees
- Complies with safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of HVAC experience
- Valid licensing and certifications required by law
- Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment
- Effective communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
