Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Tech to join our team at Stevenson-Columbus - Service Experts. As an HVAC Service Tech, you will be responsible for performing residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving customer problems related to heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Additionally, you will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, promote products to customers, and maintain company property and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service and maintenance calls for residential and light commercial properties.
- Analyze and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
- Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent premature breakdowns.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promote products to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid HVAC certifications and licensing.
- Skilled at servicing HVAC equipment and related accessories.
- Proficient in mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
- Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
