Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Repair Technician to join Fenwick Home Services in Jacksonville, FL. As part of our new HVAC department, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance. This position offers competitive compensation with an hourly base salary, commission, and a $5000 sign-on bonus, providing earning potential of over $100,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant licenses and certifications.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
