Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes following company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform diagnostics and start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service, promote products, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically.
- Assist with site supervision, quality audits, and training as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 5+ years of HVAC technical training certification.
- Valid licensing and certifications required by laws and regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Advanced skills in HVAC equipment installation, duct work, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift up to 75 pounds.
