Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to hospice patients and their families.
- Act as a liaison between the medical team and patients.
- Educate and empower patients' caregivers.

Requirements
- RN license in the state of employment.
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience in hospice or related fields.

- Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.
