Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
