Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Our state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record system and comprehensive OASIS-E training ensure you have the tools to excel in your career.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
This position is available for Per Diem, Part-Time, and Full-Time LPNs. Join us in supporting New Castle County, DE, with day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays per year.
Benefits
- This position offers competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
- Work 20-40 hours per week.
