Responsibilities
As a CNA, your responsibilities include caring for ill, injured, or convalescing patients in private homes. You will deliver quality healthcare services while adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications
- Certified CNA with the State Board of Nursing in Arizona.
- 1 year of supervised CNA experience within the last 3 years.
- Negative TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Proof of current physical completed within the last 12 months.
- Article 9 Training.
