Job Description
ArcBest II ABF Freight is hiring local city drivers and forklift operators in Reno, NV. Join one of the country's largest and most trusted LTL carriers. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations, loading and unloading trailers, and adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
General Description of Duties
- Pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Loading and unloading trailers using standard techniques and procedures.
- Actual duties and schedules may vary by terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 1 year of tractor/trailer experience (training available for candidates with less experience).
- Class-A CDL with specific endorsements and no automatic restriction.
- Stable work record and safe driving history.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and medical requirements.
