Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your role involves recruiting talent, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, training and developing instructors, and ensuring member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure all equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Train and coach instructors for ongoing development.
• Create an environment that motivates, uplifts, and adds value to members' lives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
