We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and staffing top talent, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, and supporting ongoing instructor development.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and staff instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business and performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and flawless execution of playbooks and initiatives.
• Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Create a high-energy environment that motivates and uplifts members.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fitness leadership roles.
• Knowledge of recruiting, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
