We are looking for a passionate and experienced Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a certified 'Great Place to Work' company. As a GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience and maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage. You will recruit top talent, analyze business performance, drive attendance, and ensure members receive exceptional high-energy classes that create community and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and exceed KPIs.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment is maintained, spaces are clean and safe, and all programs are executed flawlessly.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality classes.
• Ensure members and guests receive exceptional experiences through high-energy classes that create community and motivation.
