Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, where you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and creating operational strategies while nurturing and coaching the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to guarantee exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and exemplify company values to foster team cohesion.
• Address customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain store appearance and product quality standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules.
• Evaluate performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Understanding of budgeting and personnel management.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Prior retail experience, ideally in a management role.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Previous management experience is a plus.
