Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for successfully managing a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff schedules, and developing operational strategies while fostering team growth.

Starting Wage:

$27.50 per hour

Earning Potential Year 1:

Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)*

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Supervise daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and model core values to create a cohesive team environment.
• Handle customer concerns efficiently.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Oversee store merchandising, inventory, and budget compliance.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations.
• Prior experience in retail management preferred.
