Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of overseeing daily store operations. You will be involved in supervising the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining product quality, managing schedules, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategies and foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store signage and product freshness.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of store personnel.
• Create and manage schedules to optimize staffing levels.
• Set performance expectations and conduct evaluations for direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct store audits.
• Provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in interpreting and implementing company policies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Flexibility to travel for training within divisional requirements.
