Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to successfully manage store operations. Your role involves supervising the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, implementing company strategies, managing schedules, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with cash register operations.
• Prior retail experience, including management, is preferred.
