Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career leading your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to provide top-notch customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and staff hiring processes.
• Develop and communicate job expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, sales, and inventory levels to achieve targets.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and operational procedures.
• Experience in equipment operation and general store maintenance.
