Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare for running your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver optimal customer service.

• Handle customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain product quality, store signage, and cleanliness standards.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of store personnel.
• Manage schedules and staffing levels for efficient store operation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience and management skills.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Flexibility to travel for training purposes.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of retail experience. Prior management experience is a plus.
