Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing your own store successfully. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and mentoring the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise store operations to provide top-notch customer service.
- Understand and communicate company strategy and values to build a cohesive team environment.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions are met.
- Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness.
- Participate in the hiring process and manage store staffing.
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
- Conduct store meetings and training sessions for enhanced performance.
- Manage store payroll, budgets, and inventory levels.
- Maintain a safe store environment for employees and customers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Experience in retail management is a plus.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
- Prior management experience preferred.
