Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing your own store successfully. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to provide top-notch customer service.
• Understand and communicate company strategy and values to build a cohesive team environment.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions are met.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage store staffing.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
• Conduct store meetings and training sessions for enhanced performance.
• Manage store payroll, budgets, and inventory levels.
• Maintain a safe store environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Experience in retail management is a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
