Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of managing a store effectively. You will supervise daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, manage staffing needs, develop action plans, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and signage.
• Assist in recruitment, scheduling, and training of store personnel.
• Manage payroll, budgets, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Ensure a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
