Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training on store operations to prepare you for managing your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while nurturing and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and model the company's core values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage customer concerns and resolutions effectively.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify training opportunities.
• Optimize store payroll, budgets, and inventory levels.
• Ensure a safe and hazard-free store environment.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong understanding and application of company policies and procedures.
• Experience in retail management preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
