Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, handle customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Merchandise products, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
