Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and handle customer transactions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
