Job Description

As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, and contribute to the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Operate equipment and maintain cleanliness to company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work as a Store Associate at ALDI.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
