Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
