Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
