We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs and inquiries.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds and place products at various heights.
• Engage in activities such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and walking.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience beneficial.
