Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide excellent customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies, ensure data security, and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
