Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure cleanliness, proper stocking, and merchandising in the store.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
