Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with the team
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• Follow company policies, stay organized, and work in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
