Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate well, and work in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
