Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
